Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the flour and dry yeast together in a large bowl.
Add Crisco with a pastry cutter.
Mix in sour cream, mix very well.
Mix in egg yolks.
Roll mixture into 2 inch balls.
Combine all the ingredients of the nut mixture in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the nut mixture evenly onto a clean and dry surface.
Roll each dough ball through the nut mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
Roll the dough out with a rolling pin.
Cut each piece of dough into 2 inch squares.
Roll each piece of dough like a crescent roll.
Place on a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Let cookies fully cool before enjoying!
