Melt yeast in 1 cup of warm water - add some flour and salt.
Add 1 cup of water at a time.
Make a well of flour on a large clean surface.
Pour melted yeast into the center of the well of flour.
Knead yeast into the flour, adding water in 1/2 cup intervals.
Continue process until all of the flour is used. (You may not use all of the water)
Cover with a towel or cloth for 1 hour - allowing the dough to rise.
Knead the dough some more. (Additional warm water may be required)
Cover with a towel or cloth for 1 hour - allowing the dough to rise.
Cut the dough into smaller pieces for loaves of bread or Easter Pizza!
