Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Cold water

Instructions
 

  • Make a well of flour on a large clean surface.
  • Add beaten eggs to well.
  • Add water in 1/4 cup increments.
  • Knead everything together until dough is soft but not too moist.
  • Feed the dough into a pasta machine on the #1 setting for 3 times.
  • Cut dough into 1 inch strips.
  • Feed strip into cavatelli machine.
  • Place cavatelli’s into a large pot and boil.
  • Once boiling, boil for 3 minutes.
  • Cavatelli’s will be floating when done.
  • Server with your favorite sauce and meatballs!
