Cook and drain the ground beef.
Mix the ricotta, beef, prosciutto, eggs, Parmesan, mint, mozzarella and salt and pepper to taste by hand until completely blended.
Roll out a loaf of dough into a rectangle on a floured surface until the dough is 3/4 of an inch thick.
Spread out the mixture on one half of the dough. Make sure the mixture is 1/2 inch thick.
Fold over the dough to cover the filling. Seal on all ends.
Place the dough on a large greased baking sheet.
Cover with a towel while repeating steps 3 - 6 until all ingredients are used.
Allow the dough to properly rise before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for between 20 and 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Let fully cool before enjoying!
